როგორც საავტომობილო გზების დეპარტამენტიდან ”ფორტუნას” აცნობეს, სამშენებლო სამუშაოების სავარაუდო ღირებულება 20 მლნ. აშშ დოლარია და მსოფლიო ბანკის (WB) დაფინანსებით განხორციელდება.
